Then you should be Helper.

is helper the same?

A Helper is a bit higher ranked than Proven, but lower ranked than Police, the rank holder doesn't get any administrative commands but he helps people whenever and however he can.

ok then that means that i cant get a helper rank

God, try to help out others and be patient when becoming on to proven. in order to do so, help out in anyway you can and before you get  to ranks such as police or mod or stuff like that i would suggest for you to start out as proven but in order to be proven help out :3

Your app is a little short but other than that it's good but it is best to help other the best you can to get proven or any rank to be honest, That's what I did, I helped other players to the best of my ability to get proven and so on, All the effort I put in payed off and it could do the same for you, Just do as much as you can.

Also another thing about helper. They need to speak fluent English. Just because that's mainly the language people speak here. here's an example.. When you call customer service, you pray that its somebody you can understand. Haha so we want somebody that can speak English well, and has fairly good gramer.
